These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and zh99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website available at https://zh99.cam and all associated services, features and content provided thereon (collectively, the "Service").

zh99 is an English-language online gambling information and platform site directed at Pakistani users. The Service encompasses sports betting markets (including cricket, football, UFC and esports), live casino products, slot games, table games and related promotional content.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the zh99 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable) and net winnings held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded to your Account under a specific promotional offer, subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Cashier" means the designated deposit and withdrawal interface within your Account dashboard.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by zh99 in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
• "Platform" means the zh99 website, mobile-browser interface, and all associated services accessible via https://zh99.cam.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you via the Cashier, distinguishable from Bonus Funds.
• "Service" means the full range of gambling, betting and gaming products and informational content available on the Platform.
• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotional terms.

4.1 Age Requirement

The Service is strictly available to adults aged 18 years and over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. zh99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Registering an Account or accessing the Service as a minor is strictly prohibited.

zh99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage, including prior to Account activation, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held.

4.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Service is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. zh99 does not represent that the Service is available, permissible or compliant with the laws of any particular country or territory.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all Account balances.

4.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:

• Persons under 18 years of age, or under the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from zh99 or who have requested exclusion;
• Persons acting on behalf of a third party, whether as a nominee or agent;
• Employees, contractors or agents of zh99 or its affiliated entities, and members of their immediate families.

To access the full range of zh99 Services, including placing bets, making deposits and withdrawals, and accessing promotional offers, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details.

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;
• Log out of your Account on shared or public devices;
• Notify zh99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

zh99 will not be liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from unauthorised Account access where the User failed to adequately protect their credentials or delayed in reporting a suspected breach.

5.2 Account Information Updates

You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals or forfeiture of funds where such information was material to a transaction.

zh99 conducts identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling requirements. KYC verification may be required at registration, before the first withdrawal, after a cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or at any point during an account compliance review.

6.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC documentation may include:

• A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identity document — a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• Proof of residential address where required (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months, clearly displaying your name and address);
• A selfie or liveness check as specified by the verification system;
• Payment method verification (e.g., a screenshot of a JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction confirmation) where requested to confirm ownership of the payment method used.

Pending KYC verification, zh99 may restrict Account functionality including but not limited to: the processing of withdrawal requests, access to certain promotions, and continued deposit capability. zh99 reserves the right to close an Account where satisfactory KYC documentation cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

7.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made through the payment methods listed as active in the zh99 Cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier for each available payment method. zh99 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method, and available options may change without prior notice.

Where payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast transfers, or bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — are listed in the Cashier, users must independently verify: (a) that the payment method is currently active for their Account; (b) applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider; (c) applicable daily and monthly transfer limits; and (d) the payment provider's own terms of service regarding third-party transfers. zh99 does not imply that any payment provider endorses gambling activity.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to withdrawal processing;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified Account-holder payment method;
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before Real Money Funds generated from wagering activity can be withdrawn;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed in the Cashier;
• zh99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

7.3 Currency

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is the designated account currency, all displayed balances, deposit amounts and withdrawal figures are denominated in PKR. Applicable exchange rates (where relevant) will be disclosed at the point of transaction in the Cashier.

zh99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of opt-in or on the applicable promotions page.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible game contributions and expiry periods are stated in full within the individual promotion terms. Users are encouraged to read promotion terms carefully before opting in.

8.2 Bonus Integrity

zh99 reserves the right to void bonus awards and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where it determines — at its reasonable discretion — that any of the following has occurred:

• Abuse of promotional offers through coordinated wagering strategies designed to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements ("bonus abuse");
• Use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Provision of false information to qualify for a promotion;
• Any other conduct that zh99 determines constitutes exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, casino games and other wagering activities conducted on zh99. Product-specific rules are published within the relevant game or betting interface.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. zh99 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described in the applicable event-specific rules (e.g., event cancellation, postponement, or market voiding).
• zh99 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were posted in error, including obvious pricing errors.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body shall be used. For Pakistan cricket events, the official scorecard as published by the Board of Control for Cricket in Pakistan (BCCI), Cricket Pakistan (PCB) or the ICC shall be determinative.
• Live in-play betting decisions made on the basis of real-time information feeds are final, subject to any applicable market suspension rules.
• zh99 reserves the right to impose bet limits on individual Users, markets or accounts at its sole discretion and without prior notification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zh99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technological means to place bets or access the Service;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating or collusion;
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any purpose related to financial crime;
• Registering or using an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures or Account restrictions;
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Platform or its infrastructure.

zh99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that support users in maintaining control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from the Account settings page. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set limits on the duration of individual gambling sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion through the Account settings or via Support. zh99 will action self-exclusion requests promptly.
• Account Cooling-Off: Users may request a short-term break from gambling activity without permanent Account closure.

All content on the zh99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, design elements and data compilations — is the property of zh99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of zh99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zh99 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
• Any losses arising from reliance on information or content provided on the Platform;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, data loss or security breaches resulting from circumstances outside zh99's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your use of payment services provided by third parties, including but not limited to mobile wallet providers and banking institutions;
• Any losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform, including losses resulting from unfavourable outcomes of bets or wagers lawfully placed.

zh99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, zh99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent on-site notification or email to registered Account holders.

Your continued use of the Service following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and close your Account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh99's operator is incorporated or licensed, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation. This Agreement does not constitute legal advice and does not create any rights under Pakistani law.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the zh99 Service, the parties shall first endeavour to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Where resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the operator's applicable license terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an acknowledgement by zh99 that its Service is lawful under the laws of Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users access the Service entirely at their own legal responsibility.
